Designed for bridge course students, it introduces the essential concepts and skills required to understand how organizations operate effectively. The course explores the evolution of management thought and explains the core functions of planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling. It emphasizes decision-making, leadership, communication, and motivation as key components of managerial success. Students will also gain insights into organizational structure, management roles at different levels, and the importance of ethics and social responsibility in business.

This bridge course is designed to prepare first-year students with essential skills in the English language and Communication, crucial for both academic and professional growth. Offered at the start of the academic year, the course is structured to assess and strengthen the students’ core abilities.
