This course provides a foundational understanding of statistical tools and techniques essential for business decision-making. It equips students with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data for solving real-world business problems. The course covers descriptive and inferential statistical methods including data presentation, measures of central tendency and dispersion, correlation and regression, time series analysis, index numbers, and introductory probability and sampling concepts. Emphasis is placed on practical application, interpretation, and developing analytical thinking.


Organizational behavior (OB) is the academic study of human behavior within an organizational setting, examining how individuals, groups, and structures affect behavior to improve an organization's effectiveness. It is a field of applied science that uses systematic study to predict and explain actions and attitudes in the workplace, with the goal of enhancing job performance, satisfaction, and overall organizational success.
