Course Summary : 

Organisational Behaviour introduces students to the study of human behaviour in organisational settings. It explores individual-level concepts such as perception, personality, attitudes, and motivation. It helps students to examine group dynamics, teamwork, interpersonal relationships, and leadership.
Students also learn how organisations manage change, overcome resistance, and implement development strategies.
