Course Description
FA-II deals with maintenance of accounts by other forms of business entities involving in consignment business, joint venture business and Non-profit organizations. A special emphasise is made on understanding difference between single entry and double entry system of accounting and conversion of single entry system into double entry system and ascertainment of profit or loss of an entity. This discusses the significance of bills of exchange in accounting business practices.

of business. The basic principles of law that apply to business transactions. It provides with a working knowledge of the legal framework within which formal
