Drug designing helps
us to understand the history as well as various processes followed for finding
the correct drug target. Identification of drug target and its validation plays
a vital role in drug discovery. The use of structural biology and bioinformatics
helps us for 3D prediction and modeling which is helped during the docking
producer. Structure based drug design and ligand-based drug design helps us in
this process of docking and screening various samples before formulation. The
strategies of drug designing like lead generation, preparation, identification,
and optimization helps us in the screening of lead molecules and for
pharmacogenomics
