BANKING

Banking is a 5-credit course and is a Finance elective for BBA SEM VI 

Course Description (DSE): Banking is a 5-credit course for BBA SEM VI with 65 sessions for the semester and 5 for revision and 70 sessions in total.

The course gives an overview to familiarize with functioning of Banking system in India.

Banking course is designed to provide comprehensive understanding of Indian Banks and role and functions of various banks in economic development. 

 Its gives an insight on evolution of banking, innovations in banking and also the important features of negatable instruments act regarding the cheques and also the collection and payment of cheques by the banker
