Course Description:
The primary purpose of the course is to develop an understanding of the legal framework of business. The basic principles of law that apply to business transactions. It provides with a working knowledge of the legal framework within which formal business organizations must operate.

FA-II course is a 5 credit course designed to equip students with knowledge of accounting for special transactions such as consignment and joint venture and Bills of exchange. It also deals with preparation of Financial statements for non-trading concerns and from incomplete records.

This course is designed to provide the core concepts and definitions of data management, which explain the full lifecycle of data as a strategic asset, and provides fundamental techniques for preparing, storing, and governing data to ensure it is reliable and useful. Students will be introduced to key methodologies and powerful tools available for managing data, such as ETL platforms, data warehouses, and profiling software. Students will be guided through the essential processes from data modeling and cleaning to warehousing and quality management and complete learning by seeing how these technical foundations drive strategic decision-making and create measurable business value in real-world organizations.
