Sem 4 of B.Sc (Mathematics, Electronics, Computer Science)

This course introduces the core principles and techniques required in the design and implementation of database systems. This course focuses on database design theory, E-R modeling, data definition and manipulation languages, database security, and  administration.

It also covers essential DBMS concepts such as Transaction Processing, Concurrency Control and Recovery, distributed databases, intelligent databases, and the client/server architecture. It gives an introduction to database security and administration. It also provides students with practical skills in the use of databases and database management systems in information technology applications.

The objective of the course is to introduce the basic concepts of operational amplifier and its various applications, to develop skills to design simple circuits using OP-AMP, to gain the knowledge of different types of analog communication system and different modulation techniques used in these systems
