The primary purpose of the course is to develop an understanding of the legal framework of business. The basic principles of law that apply to business transactions. It provides with a working knowledge of the legal framework within which formal business organizations must operate.

Banking & Financial Services course deals with comprehensive structure of Indian banking industry and various fund based and non-fund based financial services offered by banking and non-banking financial institutions. This provides clear picture on understanding contextual obligations creating relationship between banker and customer including special types of customers. This provides knowledge about various negotiable instrument viz., Bills of Exchange, Cheques, Promissory notes and precautions to be taken by banker while advancing loans.


FA-II course is designed to equip students with knowledge of consignment accounting and preparation of single entry and non-trading concerns.  It deals with Joint venture and Bills of Exchange

Course Summary

The course addresses the English language needs of the students at the undergraduate level. The focus will be upon five categories: Prose, Poetry, Vocabulary, Soft Skills and Grammar.  In addition to these, the last two units focus on developing the speaking skills of students. Overall the course will focus upon the critical thinking faculties of the students concerning academic, linguistic, political, literary and ethical concepts.


This Course includes an interdisciplinary core topic which encourages students to explore the social, aesthetic, ethical, scientific, and technical aspects of environmental questions; concentrations that allow students to approach these questions with more focused knowledge and methodological tools; a community-engaged research course.
