For the Students of Section A

Quality management is the act of overseeing all activities and tasks that must be accomplished to maintain a desired level of excellence. This includes the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, and quality control and quality improvement.

The course addresses the English language needs of the students at the undergraduate level. The focus will be upon four categories: Prose, Poetry, Vocabulary, and Grammar. In addition to these, there is additional reading to supplement their conceptual and general knowledge of the contemporary world. The last two units focus on developing the writing skills of students. TThere are a range of individual, pair and group activities that improve their practical communication which is useful in social and professional life Overall the course will focus upon the critical thinking faculties of the students concerning academic, linguistic, political, literary, and ethical concepts.

COURSE SUMMARY

The course provides a comprehensive introduction to information technology and its application in business environments. It covers essential concepts in computer systems, software, networks, information systems, multimedia, internet technologies, and office management applications. The course is designed to equip students with the foundational knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize IT in business operations and decision-making.

This course develops the professional skills required to venture into a successful career, by equipping students with career and team skills. Since an individual should be able to demonstrate intuitive, logical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills, it becomes imperative for students to acquire these skills and be ready to face the competitive world outside.
