The Purpose of the program:
The Finishing School program is designed to provide the students a comprehensive training to prepare them to become industry ready. This programme enhances the employability of graduates reaching their expectations with regard to the type of soft skills given which is most needed by industries. It cultivates confidence for students to cover the gap between theoretical studies and practical job experience; it also helps develop presentation skills which play an important role in the industry. The program is a blend of communication skills with soft skills creating confidence and the attitudes to perform effectively in the new world of work or higher education.
